E-Filing Demo for Court’s new Case Management System
The United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims is launching a new case management system, Appellate Case Management System, known as ACMS. Beginning on April 1, 2026, all new cases filed at the Court will be filed in ACMS. Those cases filed before April 1, 2026, will continue in CM-ECF.
To prepare for the ACMS launch, the Court has prepared a short demo, at the link below, to give practitioners a preview of the new e-filing process. We will provide additional information about creating user profiles for ACMS and available trainings in the coming months.
