Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Portal
OIT has made it easier than ever to reset your password if you forget or it has expired. We collaborated with Microsoft
to use their secure and safe self-service password reset utility.
Registration is required to use the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) site. You should have received an email from OIT giving you an opportunity to register. If you've already registered, skip to the Reset Instructions below. If you have not registered, Register Here.
(Use your Court email address and current password to register.)
After you register, if you ever forget your password, you can reset it yourself.
1. On the reset site, enter your Court email address and the Captcha characters to initiate the reset.
2. Select how you want to verify your identity (you would have selected one or more options for this step during your registration process).
3. Once your ID has been verified, you will be asked to enter and confirm your new password.
4. Upon successful reset, you should now be able to access your computer and other resources using your new password.

WARNING: The self-service password reset applies only to USCAVC staff members. It is not for public use. If you require assistance with your Efiling password, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
