Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Portal
OIT has made it easier than ever to reset your password if you forget or it has expired. We collaborated with Microsoft
to use their secure and safe self-service password reset utility.
Registration Instructions
Registration is required to use the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) site. You should have received an email from OIT giving you an opportunity to register.
If you've already registered, skip to the Reset Instructions below.

Reset Instructions
After you register, if you ever forget your password, you can reset it yourself.
1. On the reset site, enter your Court email address
and the Captcha characters to initiate the reset.
2. Select how you want to verify your identity (you would have selected one or more options for this step during your registration process).
3. Once your ID has been verified, you will be asked to enter and confirm your new password.
4. Upon successful reset, you should now be able to access your computer and other resources using your new password.
